Enoch Corporation has over 25 years of experience designing and manufacturing high frequency power supply products. Our products are designed using military, industrial and avionics power supply standards such as:
MIL-STD-704F, 5400, 461E, 167-1, 810E, 1275B, MIL-PRF-27 etc.; and NAVMAT P 4855 IA and NAVSO P-3641A, NASA preferred reliability practices environmental factors, magnetic field exposure, Navy SD18 for component derating and MIL-HDBK-198, 199, 338B and more.
Power Conversion experience: Buck, Boost,Buck-boost, Fly-back, Forward, Push-pull, Half Bridge, Full Bridge, Resonant, Sepic, Cuk, PFC using boost topology, three phase PFC, Isolated three phase PFC and more. We also design Gate Drivers for high power Mosfets and IGBTs power applications, input and outputfilters, familiar with MIL-STD 461 and CE101, 102 and DO-160, and more.
We also design High Voltage Power Supplies and we have a good understanding of Corona effects in power supply circuits, high voltage transformers, converters and PFCs. Several years of experience in designing high voltage power supplies PCBs. Familiar with IPC-2221 dielectric spacing and other requirements.
Enoch power supplies are designed per customer specification including feedback loop phase and gain margins for a stable and reliable product design.
All our products are designed using state of the art technology and software tools for analog and digital simulation.
Tools
Cadence, Allegro, Work Bench, Orcad PSpice power supply simulation, Pcad, Protel, Math Cad, Intusoft, Ridley Engineering Power 4-5-6. Schematic Capture, familiar with Pro E and other Mechanical 3D software used to evaluate and design three-dimensional boards and enclosures. We have a good general understanding of thermodynamic and solid state Junction temperature power component design requirements. Knowledge of heat sink design and thermodynamics, reliability analysis, MTBF, component stress analysis and tests. General knowledge on noise reduction, filters, grounding requirements, PCB layout traces for noise reduction, understanding of capacitive and inductive current ripples and ways to reduce current ripples and noise. Designed several product and performed cost reduction analysis, circuit and component cost reduction and optimization.
